I don't even know where to begin with this one. Now we hear stories all the time about teachers sexin' up the students, but this one takes the cake!
Mario Hunt, a 35 year old teacher's assistant and coach, is accused of knowingly transmitting HIV to a 17 year old male minor.
OMG!
According to reports, the contact began with what school officials call inappropriate Facebook postings. Authorities accuse Hunt of engaging in oral sex with the minor.
Hunt has been charged with criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse as well as transmitting HIV through intimate contact. The teacher is now suspended as investigators continue to the case.
At this point, I don't think I will ever consider any option but home school for my daughter. Between babies being harmed in daycare to teachers seducing students across the country it seems as our children are in danger.
This has to be the worse of all the stories I have come across for two reasons. First of all this incident involves a child being exposed to a deadly disease by a teacher. A teacher is suppose to help children and inspire children. They are not to be a cause to someone's downfall. Second, this happened in an area close to my hometown. This makes you question the people you know and question their motives.
All of this craziness in the world! SMH
