It seems that someone took the phrase "act like a lady, but think like a man" a little too far. Colombian fugitive, Giovanni Rebolledo, fled from prison in Bogota after being sentenced for 60 years for extortion, kidnapping, drug trafficking as well as other charges for crimes committed by him and other members of the Los Topos gang. While on the run he had a few body altering surgeries.
According to the NYPost, Rebolledo spent $18,000 to have a nose job as well as breast and butt implants.

Most members of Los Topos Gang were arrested last year. Cops say that the gang used attractive women to lure rich businessman into a trap to be robbed. The gang would go to the extreme to get their victims pin numbers by beating them and even torturing them with electric shocks (This reminds me of those scenes in the movie Pain and Gain).

Rebodello was caught hiding out as a prostitute going by the name "Rosalinda." Wearing a pink tank top and mini skirt as well as rocking some fierce eyebrows, she he couldn't out smart the cops even with his new female hardware.
Sources say he "cried like a little girl."
Britain's Sun newspaper reported an onlooker stating "It wasn't a bad effort, but when you've been sentenced to 60 years, there are going to be a few people looking for you."
