An autopsy was performed Monday for actor Corey Monteith.

The coroner's office of British Columbia released the following statement the following day: "There is no evidence to suggest Mr. Monteith's death was anything other than a most tragic accident,"
This past spring the 31 year old 'Glee' star had checked himself into rehab for his addiction problems. He had spoken out about his addictions to Parade magazine in 2011 stating that he would do "anything and everything" and was "lucky to be alive."
Corey's body was found at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver after he did not come down to check out Saturday morning.
He was dating co-star Lea Michele. A rep for her issued a statement as well: "We ask that everyone kindly respect Lea's privacy during this devastating time."
